Static Shock

My Sub for Skratch Jam's first challenge, which is a tribute to the late Dwayne McDuffie who was active in both comics and animation. I'm not real familiar with this character but I did enjoy the Milestone books back in the day. This was meant to be a warm up but seeing as I am outta-time I thought I'd rather post something than nothing, so here's my take. on Static Shock.
